WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR ORDERS.

We want to get your order to you as quickly and inexpensively as possible. Most orders ship the same day, and we provide two types of shipping to fit your needs.
 

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE! Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via registered post services.

Shipping time is usually:

  • 5-10 business days* for Canadian orders
  • 15-20 business days* for international orders
  • 3-5 business days* for local delivery in metro Vancouver BC

Limited tracking – Package will be shipped as registered mail. Some post services do not offer local tracking. Feel free to check with us if you have any questions.
 

Express Shipping

Express shipping (optional) is quickest & safest way to ship. Your order will be shipped via priority postal services and it will reach most locations between 5-10 business days*. A tracking number will be provided for your easy reference. You can track the detailed status of your package anytime on the service provider’s website or by logging in to your account and click “View Order” -> “Track”

*Kindly note that shipping time may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as customs clearance or poor weather conditions.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes, we do! We ship to almost every country on earth, and we are happy to ship to your country too. If you do not find your country listed when you get to the checkout, please let us know. We’ll see if we can add your country to our growing collection!

 

TAXES AND DUTIES?

Please note that taxes and duties may be collected upon delivery. Any import charges collected on delivery are your responsibility.

 

REFUND POLICY

OUR 14 DAY MONEY BACK PROMISE!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returned items should be in a saleable condition and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt.
Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item or provide a credit note. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 working days after receipt of the product,
Please note:
  1. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a courier service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  2. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. This will not be refunded, unless the goods were originally faulty.
  3. Customized/bespoke goods will not be refunded or exchanged, unless proven faulty.
