Canadian Shipping

Shipping is FREE! for all Canadian orders. We usually ship via UPS or sometimes via local courier:

  • 3-5 business days* for Canadian orders.
  • Fully Tracked.

    International Standard Shipping

    International standard shipping is also FREE! Your order will be carefully packed and shipped via Registered Airmail:

    • 15-20 business days* for international orders.
    • Limited Tracking – Some post services do not offer local tracking (such as USPS). Feel free to check with us if you have any questions

     

    Optional Express Shipping

    Express shipping (optional) is the quickest & safest way to for international orders. Your order will be shipped via priority postal services or sometimes via UPS:

    • 5-10 business days* for all orders.
    • Fully Tracked.

    Yes, we do! We ship to almost every country on earth, and we are happy to ship to your country too. If you do not find your country listed when you get to the checkout, please let us know. We’ll see if we can add your country to our growing collection!

    Please note that taxes and duties may be collected upon delivery. LoC. is not responsible for any import charges collected on delivery.

     

    REFUND POLICY

    OUR 14 DAY MONEY BACK PROMISE!

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods.
    Returned items should be in a saleable condition and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt.
    Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item or provide a credit note. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 working days after receipt of the product,
    Please note:
    1. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a courier service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    2. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. This will not be refunded, unless the goods were originally faulty.
    3. Customized/bespoke goods will not be refunded or exchanged, unless proven faulty.
